About Central Carolina YouthForce
Purpose
Central Carolina Youthforce was created through a partnership with Central Carolina Community College (CCCC) to support the unprecedented workforce development in the Club’s service area as well as North Carolina’s MyFutureNC goal of 2 million additional residents with credentials by 2030. Together, the Boys & Girls Club and CCCC will work with local employers to establish a multidisciplinary approach to employment, career exploration and personal development of youth within Lee, Chatham and Harnett counties.

Partnering to engage youth in lifelong learning that will foster opportunities for them to reach their full potential and empower them to be able to pursue future career opportunities.
Vision
To provide for educational opportunities and build community relationships that foster growth in our youth while helping them to learn about potential careers, explore career development, and develop a career and educational pathway that leads to success for the participants and community and economic development in our service area.
