About Central Carolina Workforce Development
Purpose
Central Carolina Workforce Development was created through a partnership with Central Carolina Community College (CCCC) to support the unprecedented workforce development in the Club’s service area as well as North Carolina’s MyFutureNC goal of 2 million additional residents with credentials by 2030. Together, the Boys & Girls Club and CCCC will work with local employers to establish a multidisciplinary approach to employment, career exploration and personal development of youth within Lee, Chatham and Harnett counties.
